DOES JONELA BEAUTY SHIP WORLDWIDE?

As of now we only ship within the United States. We are currently working on worldwide shipping to get to all of you.

All packages are shipped via USPS.

WHAT DOES JONELA BEAUTY MEAN BY SKIN-CARING MAKEUP?

Jonela Beauty's mission is to formulate products that are non-toxic and have beneficial ingredients. 

 

 

◇ If an issue of an order (product) that was placed has not yet been received, months prior to the date ordered and the customer is attempting to email/contact Jonela Beauty for support, Jonela Beauty cannot take further actions to assist. If investigated and seen that the package sent out was lost- “Jonela Beauty is not responsible for lost packages”.

 

◇ If a package of an order (product) that was received by the customer is damaged, they can email Jonela Beauty. For a smoother and faster process of accommodation, kindly make sure to: add a subject line “damaged product”, send proof of your order, and a picture of the damaged product(s) received. 

 

◇ If a package of an order (product) has been sent back and the customer is attempting to email/contact Jonela Beauty about the mishap, Jonela Beauty cannot take further actions to assist. In most situations, this occurrence happens due to an insufficient address submitted. When ordering at check out you MUST include your FULL address (house apt/unit/etc.). “Jonela beauty is not responsible for insufficient address submitted by the customer (uncompleted delivery) of a package”.

  

→ If the mistake (wrong address submission) was made before the customer receives their confirmation email, they can email Jonela Beauty about the mishap. It is likely we will be able to resolve the issue. For a smoother and faster process of accommodation, please add the issue in the subject line of the email. The customer has a limited time of 3 days to reach out, otherwise “Jonela Beauty is not responsible for insufficient address submitted by the customer (uncompleted delivery) of a package”.

 

"Jonela Beauty is not responsible for any allergies/injuries. All ingredients are Paraben-free and made in sanitized and clean areas. Post-production, products are thoroughly inspected and cleaned to make sure everything is at it’s best for you."
